Get sender ids by owner’s api key API Call : https://sandbox.e-signlive.com/api/account/senders We are trying to retrieve the senders by owners API key. In the response it returns only one sender where we have multiple senders. Can you please help with this. Thanks Rajesh
Get 'Locked' Signer Status

Is it possible to get the 'locked' status of a signer by using GetSigningStatus(). Currently, the returned status is 'pending', even though the user was locked. I'm aware there's a callback that can be used, but using GetSigningStatus() flows better with our current code base.
Adding a custom attribute to the payload from the OneSpan callback

Is it possible for me add a custom attribute to the payload we receive during the callback even notification? I have multiple applications using event notifications, so I'd like a custom attribute to indicate which application the even notification should be forwarded too.
If withInPerson signing is enabled, are the "email.activate" emails sent out?

I'd like the give the user the option to either sign in-person or remotely. We will be using the "email.activate" emails to send out the invitation emails for remote signers.

Might be a dumb question - are email addresses required for signers? Can you add a signer without an email address to an in-person ceremony? Thanks. -- Bryan
Audit service details

In looking at the audit service for a package there appears to be events worthy of being in an audit log but do not appear to be. For example: PIN authentication failures show up, but not that access has been locked out. I haven't tried, but does resetting the 'PIN count' get logged? Both of thes
Email bounce, PIN lockout status availabe for each Signer

Based on past investigation and a recent onespan posting it appears callbacks remain the only way to get email bounce back, and pin lockout notification. This information would be beneficial via the APIs. If reluctant to have it be in the signer status... as signature pending is considered valid...
