Hello,
In the didSynchronizeTransaction protocol, we get a guid representing a signing ceremony id. My backend team need a DocumentID AND a PackageID. Is it possible to get these informations in the callbacks of the protocols? If so, which one ?

I tried sendUI to use Q&A authentication for remote signing, I found there is no any restriction for answer. I'd like to know if anywhere in the account can set restriction for the answer?

Hello I created a package but removed the Electronic Disclosures and Signatures Consent.
So I have a package with just one document. But when I try to sign it using the api call /packages/package_id/documents/signed_documents, I am not able to sign the document.
What could the issue be here?

Is there a table of valid timezone id's that the SDK will accept when creating a new package? We're currently trying with:

In our code, we are using the change signer feature.
.CanChangeSigner()
Once a new signer is assigned, the eSL server generates random signer ID.
How can we get the signerID using .net to get the signing status of this signer.
Please note that we can't use callbacks in our environment
