First time using the API. I have a document with 2 signers, and the first signer receives the email from OneSpan indicating the need to sign, with a 'GO TO DOCUMENTS' button in the email. But clicking on the link opens a page that only states:

We need to know that is there any possibility of increasing further the document's size such as uploaded document, audit trails etc. near future for any release of one span server. Because, we are building an application where any increase of document's size will impact our application.

I am using document extraction with field to identify the signature position for a signer. If i have a pdf with 3 signatures with field names ExecutedBy_p{counter}, only the last signature is coming in place.

We have simple 9-page document that we use for transaction for single signer. The pdf is 700KB with no custom fields and just 1 signer defined.

Hi,
If my understanding is correct the Checkbox in eSignLive PDF form is bound to a Signature field.
What this means is, as a user signing the form, I have the option to Check or Uncheck it.
However, is there a checkbox that I can put on the form that will be filled with static data.

Hi all. Help with the following really appreciated.
Below code produces exception: "code":500,"name":"Unhandled Server Error". This exception occurs when uploading PDF with form inputs. Flat PDF (no form inputs) works fine.

We're using document extraction to populate a Signature Date field with the date of signing via naming a form field with something like this: [Signer1.Capture1.label1.Date].
