Some of our clients demand a stored recording of remote notary audio and video. My understanding is OneSpan does not support the audio/video storage feature.. There are products that position themselves as remote notary products that do this.

Hello, I am looking through the Java SDK for a way to programmatically lock a signer, I've attempted to use the PackageService.updateSigner() method but found that it won't update the locked flag on the sender object.

Hi! It would appear that the success response message sent by esign sandbox to a request for signingStatus was somehow changed, over this last weekend, from 'COMPLETED' to 'SIGNING_COMPLETED'. This seemingly minor detail cost the dev team all day today.

Hi, Greetings for the day, it would be great if you could mention me the steps involved in the white-labeling process. Also is it possible to completely white-label the UI which the signer sees after clicking on the "Go to Documents" (in the invitation mail) sent to the signer.
signer upload - control flow

I would like to have 2 signers. The first one is required to upload an attachment. However, I do not want signing to move to the second signer until after the upload takes place. I would then like the second signer to be able to view the attachment and approve it by signing.
