Hi Duo; This Copy Tool question is from another customer. They are trying to migrate all templates and layouts from all senders in their Sandbox account to those same users in the Production account. I should point out that they are not using subaccounts

I am successfully receiving events in Salesforce for transactions I created in the OSS portal but not for any packages I create via the SDK.  Is there something I need to set when I create packages via APEX? I noticed this comment in your blog series on Salesforce events:

Im using the REST API and doing a POST to /authenticationTokens/sender to get a SenderAuthenticationToken.

I have run the UI based transaction report and only the sender information is provided in the excel file. I have run the delegation report which only provides me the delegation activities, nothing transaction level related.

I'm sending transactions on behalf of other users through the API.  I have the users set up with Role Sender. I was able to successfully send on their behalf in our testing onespan environment. 
Search function looks different in the sender account

Hi, I found the 'search' function is in different place when user login the account. I assume this's account setting different, if so, could you please let me know what setting is impacting the behavior?

Hi Team, I am trying to fetch a list of transactions that should include the received transaction from other senders which requires the signing. Unfortunately, I don't see the transactions which are sent by others with the below code,

We are trying to add signers to the package that was already sent through the API and keep getting the following exception: com.silanis.esl.sdk.internal.EslServerException: Could not add signer.
