Steps to reproduce
1- install mobile OneSpan sign app on Pixel 4xl
2- Click on "login to your account"
3- app crashes, no time to enter any logon credentials

Either with Firefox or Edge we get an x-frame-options error when trying to create a transaction to sign a document. Using latest versions of Firefox and Edge.
Steps
1- Select a sharepoint document and click New Transaction in the onespan sign menu

I am using .Net SDK for esign designer view.
Currently, I am using PDF files for esigning that is working as expected.
but, I want to know that how many documents types (other than PDF) are supported by onespan for esigning?

The documentation talks about ApiKeyAuth (being deprecated) and ApiTokenAuth (recommended replacement).
Apparently a "Client Id" + "Secret" is combined to create a "Token" but I don't know how this is done for API's below.
I am not clear on "single use" vs "multi-use".

How to exclude Lock user from Signer/receipient search List - I am getting search result even if esign sender/account in Locked status? How can i make sure only Active status users list should be displayed and available for selection?
