Hi,   I use the Designer (transaction/{package_id}/design) in an iFrame in our WebApp.   It shows correctly, but I would like to remove the button "Send to Sign" at the top right.

Is there an option to make a package view only? This would be the final document our users see in our application and they do not need to sign or accept. We are hoping to use eSign for all our document viewing needs.

Hi, We’ve been noticing some odd behaviour in the layout designer recently. We’ve seen the signatures displayed below where they should be when first opening the designer and also seen the signatures jump down after releasing the mouse after dragging them around.

Currently the mobile UI (see attached) is only available on phones. Tablets present the desktop view of eSignLive. Is it possible to have the mobile view extended to tablets?

Hi, when adding the signature tags the Designer autosaves the changes. Is there a way to know that signature tags were added or they closed the designer session?

Hi, We're investigating to moving to the new package/layout designer and had some questions. In our sandbox environment the new designer displays a option to chat with eSignLive support. Is this normally shown on prod environments as well? Is there a back office change to remove this?
