From the eSignLive UI there is an email button with the words "Remind" underneath. When clicked it sends an email reminder to all signers that have yet to sign.

Hello, I am working with .NET SDK. Currently according to my requirement I need to change my enforceCaptureSignature to true for allowing user for multiple time signing. While searching for solutions I found "https://sandbox.esignlive.com/api/packages/{packageId}".

The .Net SDK throws exception “Object reference not set to an instance of an object.” When we try to retrieve some data like (Layouts, Sender info, Auditlog) and there is no data. It would be better if it just return null, instead of going to the exception path. Thanks,

Is there any way to get the password to unlock a file that has been signed in OneSpan? Our users sometimes need to edit the document in Adobe after it has been signed. I have seen a couple other similar questions here, but no definitive answer on whether or not that is possible.

Hello, I'd like to send a package (transaction--the fact that these separate terms mean the same thing is quite confusing) programmatically using the API (no SDKs as I'm using NodeJS) but I'm not seeing any endpoints in the documentation to do so. Is it possible to send a package using the API?
Is there a way to see the exact creation time of a transaction?

Hey! As the title say - is there a way to see the exact creation time of a transaction? That goes for any status a transaction may be in (such as trashed). Not sure if I am missing something obvious, but searching the web has yielded no results! Thanks, Tom.
