I have a workflow that was previously working but is now terminating the workflow with messages "Failed to send documents for signing.  For more details see the logs in the windows event viewer"

Hello folks. We have made a fairly innocuous change to a PDF template agreement, just the text of an address, however when rendering this on the e-signature page of our application instead of the new text, we get some strange garbled capitalised text. Looks a bit like this:

Hello, I am having some issues when trying to add a document as binary data to a package Our pdf's are in base64 data so we need to convert this data to binary data but we always get this error when we are trying to create new package(POST /api/packages):

We have some users who have created many shared templates/layouts for our employees to use in OneSpan Sign, but have never sent any packages themselves. If one of these users leaves the company, I am assuming their templates/layouts will be removed if we delete their account; is that correct?

If we submit a ticket and have a user moved from one of our Production OneSpan Sign accounts to another of our Production OneSpan Sign accounts, does this also move their transactions, templates, layouts, etc.?
