Very new to this. One of our clients requires 'digital' vs 'electronic' signature - that is, the signer must have a PKI certificate and the private key of the user's certificate is used to create the signature.

Hi, How do I get original signer id from new changed signer information (either using signer id or role Id) ? suppose Signer A will delegate his authority to Signer B, I want Signer A (original) Id by using Signer B (newly changed signer) Id or role Id. Please help me to get the

Getting the following error when I try and create packages in my sandbox:

When a new user is provisioned, the user status is set to PENDING.  When using SSO, the user status never changes to ENABLED because they do not get the activation email.  How do we get the status to ENABLED so that we have the ability to DISABLE the user, if needed?

Hi Moshiur   The customer had Laserfiche connected to the wrong account. We are establishing a new account. Do they have to do the install all over again?

I had API code below that used a PullPageSize of 500 and worked fine, but with the OneSpan updates that returns a null pointer.  I can use 100 without a problem.   Why was the size limited?  What is the limit?  Using 100 make my retrievals MUCH slower

While trying to add the document of one package to other package, am getting an exception : Bad Request(400), message:"Cannot upload the document. Please make sure it is not locked." How can I unlock the document and add it to other package?

Hi!  When I use the tool (OSS - Package Export  & Download Tool - v1.3.3.jar), I can log in with user and password or with API Key. Can I download all packages created with a especific user (sender user)with this tool?
