Guys, We've noticed that when we have a notarized package, the users are not able to download the documents until after they sign and confirm the document. When there is not a notary associated to a package, the user can download the documents at any point during the transaction. Is this intended?

Looks like if the first signer uploads required attachments they are not shown to the second signer... But in our logic the second signer makes decision based on uploaded attachment...

Hi, I have to ask Required Document from signer but Number of Required documnet is dynamic. It depends upon agent to ask any number of document to signer. I have created signer using SDK and want to add required doc dynamically based on number of documentes requested to Java code. Thanks

Hello, I want to send a pdf file using e-sign. I sent a file (by creating transaction) using sandbox account manually and I want to do the same via rest api. But I am not able to figure out the json content for the sender and signer details in plsql.

My Operator id configured with Production env (US2). I could not find the API key in the integration tab of the Admin Page. How to get a API key for PROD environment . Kindly let me know the End Point URL for the production env API's.

Hello, Suppose I am signing a document from outside ON like Vancouver, what time stamp it will be captured in the system. How I can capture the timestamp for the person who is signing from different province with different time. Thanks Nehme
