Greetings I'm building an app for a customer using ESignLive. person1 fills in a couple Textbox fields with numbers and signs a document (there is only one place for that person to sign). The document is still open (not complete yet).

Hi, In a package with multiple documents, created using .net SDK, Is it possible to set a document's visibility during signing ceremony only to the signers on each document, through SDK?

You do have a 2021 enhancement request that is on your priority list to increase the MB size.  however in the meantime we are having issues with the ES not being emailed.  We've sent out numerous communications to tell our users to always use their Dashboard.

Hi,  I want to customized the thank you dialog as picture (uploaded), once I applied it as body below, it doesn't show up as bold, Italic, and create new paragrah, could you please take a look what's wrong with it. how to customize it as the requirement?
handOver url redirect to parent frame

We have an application that opens an overlay that contains the iframe for esigning (this is all happens in React SPA app). From what I can tell the handOver url will only redirect within the iframe containing esign.

Hello, I hit the REST API to try and delete a document from our package, and this is the response we got. { "messageKey": "error.validation.cannotDeleteDocumentInActivePackage", "message": "Document is in a active package and cannot be deleted.", "code": 400, "name": "Validation Error" }
404 Not Found Error with Two Signers

When we have a package that has two signers and one signer has completed signing and the other is still pending, when we perform a check status, we are getting the following error. Could not get signing status. Exception: The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found.
