Based on past investigation and a recent onespan posting it appears callbacks remain the only way to get email bounce back, and pin lockout notification. This information would be beneficial via the APIs. If reluctant to have it be in the signer status... as signature pending is considered valid...

I have a number of email accounts that aren't people but business units. They want to use the API to send business unit messages. Since we use SSO they can't sign into OneSpan as that non-existant person.

Trying out the SignDocuments(packageId, signerId) call in the example throws EslServerException.
Additional information below: Could not create a signer authentication token. Exception: The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found.

I'm new to OneSpan Sign ... just switched over from DocuSign. Trying to send a large pdf but I am unable to download it without the ERROR: Cannot process document. Please make sure your document does not contain any embedded files.
