Hi there. What I'm trying to do is specify the sender of a package to be [email protected].  Our main account owner is [email protected]. No matter how I update my JSON, the package sender is still [email protected].  Here is my pertinent JSON package

We are trying to use this tool to download all the documents and test summaries of the application. However, when trying to connect through the channels offered by the system, it throws us the following error.

In the Account Configuration panel there is reference to something called 'imprint fields' but there is no description as to what imprint fields actually are and I cannot find any reference to this configuration in any guides. 
Can we allow signer to select a signature method of his choice?

Hello, we currently are using e-signature packages (created using the RESTful API) where all signers are fully remote e-signers.
Getting "The API key is not valid. Please verify that you enter a valid API key." when trying to connect in Salesforce

I created an OneSpan Sign sandbox account and I'm trying to connect via the Salesforce OneSpan app however when I try I get an API key is not valid error. Has anyone ran into this before?
