Hi, we are having integrated solution with our front end using eSignLive as the back-end. On the signing ceremony the first user after signing documents and completing his part of workflow does not get message what do do next. Is this an expected behaviour? If not how to fix it?

Seeing how to set the inPerson(Boolean) at the DocumentPackage level. Is there any way to set this attribute at the signer level? Our workflow has the possibility that some signers will be in person and others will be remote.

Guys, We've noticed on a few occasions that when you guys update your sandbox it almost always breaks our account that is tied to a Vault. Because of this it stops our workflow until the issue is resolved.
