Hi,  Is there anyway to match the label font size with the other words . I can see the configuration to change label and form fields , how to see the font size of the other words in the document in sandbox . so that i can match the font .   Thanks in advance!

Hi , I see there is an api to get the status for a package or a transaction . In same way can we able to get he status for the document and signer level.   Thanks Naresh S

I am trying to create the package only with documents and I will need to update it later adding the signers, the signature tag is already created in one of the documents, that is why I am using EnableExtraction. I get an error:

At Onboarding Accounts we have an issue with customer signed documents including Customer Agreement, Statement of Income, Customer Consent which in some cases OneSpan does not return to PEGA or there are delays in response. which causes the Unique Client File to be incomplete.
