Hello, I'm trying to integrate eSign into my application using the REST API. I haven't been able to figure out how to create a package with signature field coordinates extracted from a PDF which already contains signature fields.

We are facing this issue intermittently in production. We have a grid on our template which includes set of `Country Code` and `Phone Number` fields.

I am getting the following exception while trying to create a Package using .withExtractionType(ExtractionType.TEXT_TAGS) for the DocumentBuilder,  Is there a way to use ExtractionType alongside createPackage?

Hi , I have callback listener setup and configured to trigger when there is "PACKAGE COMPLETE" , "PACKAGE DECLINE" and "EMAIL BOUNCE" events. While it works fine with the "PACKAGE COMPLETE" and "PACKAGE DECLINE" events, I am not able to get a response for "EMAIL BOUNCE".

Hi, We are noticing a surprising behavior when using the REST API to create a package, compared to a package created using the UI. When we use your quick start "Create and send a package" (https://developer.esignlive.com/guides/quick-start/creating-and-sending-a-package-java/), we should have only
