i have created a signature for the owner in UI and map some label which is common for all signers to the owner. i need to update the signature of the owner to zero through code so that the signature will not be visible to other signers . How we can achieve this ?

Hi Team, While I'm using the SMS Authentication type to authenticate a signer, the signer is not receiving the passcode SMS. Even I tried it with the package created using the sandbox environment. But, I'm not getting the passcode. Is there any ways to resolve this issue?. Thanks in advance.

Hi Is there a callback event when a signer views the document to tbe signed, but does not take any further action after viewing. The signer simply closes the browser Is there a webpage that describes all the callback events. What is the "transaction Activated" event Regards Mario

I am working with authenticating Signers in the ceremony and when we try to set the signers to the default option (email) -- the package creation returns with a 400 error. This is the return error Could not send the package. Exception: The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request.

I just posted another question that might be related to this one: https://developer.e-signlive.com/forums/topic/change-incorrect-signer/ I am trying to change some incorrect signers, but I can't change a package once it is "SENT". Can I change a package back to "DRAFT" status?
