Hi, I need to know how to get the layoutId of an existing layout that was created using eSL web portal. The requirement we have is; The user will send the layout name, document and signer info, we then need to go fetch this layout and apply it to the document that the user sent. Also while applying
If withInPerson signing is enabled, are the "email.activate" emails sent out?

I'd like the give the user the option to either sign in-person or remotely. We will be using the "email.activate" emails to send out the invitation emails for remote signers.

Hi , I have callback listener setup and configured to trigger when there is "PACKAGE COMPLETE" , "PACKAGE DECLINE" and "EMAIL BOUNCE" events. While it works fine with the "PACKAGE COMPLETE" and "PACKAGE DECLINE" events, I am not able to get a response for "EMAIL BOUNCE".

I use the event notifier with a Iframe (https://community.onespan.com/documentation/onespan-sign/codeshare/esignlive-event-notifier) for couple years in my projet and when I have configure it initially the event to check for completion was ESL:MESSAGE:SUCCESS:SIGNER_COMPLETE.
