Error 403 when updating a package

Hi ! I'm trying to update a package and replace the pdf document in it, but I get this error : Unable to update package settings. Exception: Le serveur distant a retourné une erreur : (403) Interdit. HTTP PUT on URI https://sandbox.esignlive.com/api/packages/-bANyCo4NvqdgiEPNbMG2tLdaRE=.
Error message as "Another Signer must accept or sign before you."

Hi eSignLive, I have one package with in that had only one document. Package contains two signers(lets say A,B ) and the document has one signature block of B. Here is the flow 1.

Using REST API to create the package along with the documents and return a response package id. After that, we initiate a REST API signerAuthenticationToken passing packageId and email address of the signer which then redirect to an iframe to begin the signing ceremony.

If we wanted to NOT put a logo but place a barcode on the evidence summary template can we do that for eSignLite.  We want our OCR technology to be able to pick up that it's an evidence summary document and perform straight through processing.
