Hi, I'm having some issues when trying to clone/copy an existing layout in order to modify the signatures without affecting the original layout.

Hi there; my understanding has been there are 7 status's (Draft, In Progress[sent], Completed, Opted out, Declined, Archived and Trashed) Does "Expired" count as a status? ( it's not included on OneSpan Account Summary report ).

I am trying to get all completed packages over the last 90 days.  Ideally, this would be  a single call for all of my users' completed packages, but if I need to loop through the users I can, IF I can get their UUID from a call into the response, then loop through the response for UUIDs

Hi, I need to get newly created sender's API key and store it in local database. Sender class does not contain attribute APIkey. Is this even possible?
Changed server provider. Not getting notification callback

Hi, we changed server provider yesterday, and now we're not getting the notification callbacks. We already changed the DNS and we confirmed that it's pointing to the right box. Do you guys need to bind the address to a specific IP? If so, the new IP for our api is 209.166.133.108.

We're using OneSpanSDK to generate e-signatures for clients, we're maybe generating ~800 per day. Every now and again a client will receive an Unauthorized Access Failed to validate token.

Hi I am trying to CreatePackage and upload using Rest APIs. Below is my JSON String and attached is the PDF. This used to work in may 2017. Now the PDF file is getting flattened ignoring signature blocks. Are there any changes post may 2017 for JSON payout for CreatePackage and Upload.
