Hi,
I am trying to get all the package IDs from one account. For some reason, I only get one package ID comes back, even the count shows me as 3.

Based on past investigation and a recent onespan posting it appears callbacks remain the only way to get email bounce back, and pin lockout notification. This information would be beneficial via the APIs. If reluctant to have it be in the signer status... as signature pending is considered valid...

We are integrating with Onespan using Rest API.
We have three types of Roles. Broker , customer and Business.
Broker first sign an agreement(using esign), followed by customer and then Business people sign an agreement.
