Hi,
Chinese is not working on package level.
We have application and deployed the JAR file but Locale is not working for CHINESE. It is working for rest all Language.
Dont know exact issue because it is Siebel Application and we can only deploy JAR.

I have a requirement to integrate seamlessly with eSignLive.

I am working on a solution to create a package containing a single document.
When I use a .pdf file, this works fine - the document is sent; a signing URL is generated and I can sign.
When I try to use a .docx file, I get a HTTP 400.

Hi,
in our current on-prem v11.25, for InPerson signing, there is dropdown box for signers to choose who will sign. but same request to SaaS, I don't see the dropdown box anymore. where is the InPerson signing ceremony showed in NSE?

I use several of my own custom forms and clients applications in my insurance agency. Every form sent will need to have certain data lines such as value of home, limit of liability ,mailing address for my insured,,, filled with different data for each client. How do I do this?

Hi,
I did set up in Data Retention for archived as 1 days. It was moving to archived folder but i am not getting any callback notification for Transaction_Archived.
will I get notification or I should mark the status as archived then only I can receive notification

We have the thank you dialog box for signing ceremony disabled for our signers, and it doesn't show up when you finish signing on a desktop. However the thank you messaging still shows when finished signing on a mobile device. Is there a way to hide this on the mobile UI as well?

i have created a signature for the owner in UI and map some label which is common for all signers to the owner. i need to update the signature of the owner to zero through code so that the signature will not be visible to other signers . How we can achieve this ?
