Hi,
Greetings for the day, it would be great if you could mention me the steps involved in the white-labeling process.
Also is it possible to completely white-label the UI which the signer sees after clicking on the "Go to Documents" (in the invitation mail) sent to the signer.

One of our client is asking about this feature, which was used to be available in Classic Sender UI, while not yet implemented in New Sender Portal. Client is using Java SDK, so is it supported in Java SDK?

Hi,
resending a signing invitation doesn't work. Not in the Sandbox and also not from the Web UI.
I actually don't believe I am making a mistake using both. Maybe the problem is in our package coding, wich however works fine with all other REST APIs we are using.

Hi,Assuming the one span sign UI is already configured with the Azure AD authentication to login, Is there a way to use same configurations to Authenticate the one span API or get the Auth token for API access. Instead of using the API keys or Client App?

Can I embed the creation flow of the document (package?) into my web UI such that my user can upload a document, affix the signature tags, and then send it out for a signature? If so can you point me to the documentation on how to do this? I am not using an SDK, i.e.

When using the UI or Template Builder, I would like to be able to have a signer select an option in a drop down box and their selection be used to fill in another field on another page, or in another document on the same package.

We have a client that requests a lot of changes to their PDFs, so we've decided to move from pixel-perfect C# signature placements (hand coded), to templates.
The biggest problem I have right now is, in the template there is no where to say that the signature is optional.

For signer person ui we use OneSpan signing URL (https://sandbox.esignlive.com/authentication?target=https://sandbox.esignlive.com/transaction/{:transactionId}/sign&loginToken=******) to get data, in this case we get HTML page.
