The score returned from "ClientScoreSDK.generateClientScore(platformGroup, userGroup, contextGroup)" function seems to be "7" always no matter what device it run on (tried with multiple mobiles and emulators) .. Am I missing something here?

by default, the session timeout for sender/signer is 30 minutes. it's working for desktop version, but it seems not working for mobile signing or sender login. is there any different setting other than default one?

Hi, I found out the message showed in the mobile device is not consistent between 'decline' and 'opt out'. there is '.' in 'opt out' message. see the attachment is it resource change or code change? thanks, Cindy

In the mobile signing UI, at the bottom of the slide out hamburger menu, there is a blue Contact Us button that displays a pop-up with a contact phone number for eSign Live. How do we hide this button? Thanks!

Hi, We have eSignLive for both the web and mobile. We've noticed that loading the Signing Ceremony is taking a really long time to load, both in dev and production. Is there any performance update planned in the future? Thanks, Fernando

What is the user experience like with an iFrame on a mobile device? Is it responsive? If not, can the iframe initial load go directly to the signature placeholder? And for the user to review document, panning and pinch zooming would be required? Thanks.
List field not working on mobile browsers (Chrome, Opera, Firefox) on Android

List field created in template doesn't work on mobile browser other than build-in on Android. The list is just not 'tapable' - neither in 100% view, nor zoomed. Test results: - Chrome 55: fails - Firefox 50: fails - Opera 41: fails - Internet (built-in): works
in person signing

Hi, In sandbox, with classic UI, I created the package with 'in person' signing enabled, from desktop, I can see the 'in person' dropdown showed in the signing ceremony, but in mobile device, I don't see the dropdown. is it as expected?   thanks, Cindy

Navigator does not show up in iPad.

Hi, In ceremony layout settings, we have set navigator ( directs the signer to the next available signature) property as true. So, it comes up in desktop, mobile as well but in iPad, it is not showing. Please, let us know how can we solve this issue? Thank you.
