Hello,
I am trying to fill PDF form and upload and then change status to SENT to publish it. But Status SENT is not working. I am facing issue with that. It give error "The requested URL returned error: 400 Bad Request".
I am able to fill PDF form and create a package with a draft in the account.

In the application we have users and organizations. A user can be a member of an organization. The use cases for signing are as follows:
1) An individual user has a required signature field

Specifically the check-box that ensures automatic email delivery of final signed docs.
This is over-written each time to a default un-checked setting, which adds an extra step to the package creation process for user-driven signing.

Is there a way to hide the Exit Document button?
Can it be done at the account level?
When I am creating a package, I am setting the HandOver (href, title, text ) object .
Will the hiding it at the account level , override this package level setting.

First time using the API. I have a document with 2 signers, and the first signer receives the email from OneSpan indicating the need to sign, with a 'GO TO DOCUMENTS' button in the email. But clicking on the link opens a page that only states:
