Hello, We are setting a particular document in the package to use AcceptFor signatures. The document in question IS NOT the standard eSign consent form. It is another document that we simply want the signer to acknowledge.

Hi Is there a way that custom package attributes can be shown in the email sent to the signers. https://developer.esignlive.com/guides/feature-guides/package-attributes/ For example I might need some additional text in the email for only some of the signers.
Blocking a package download after it has been completed?

Our scenario: Package is created, signed and completed at our premises. We then allow the signer 5 days to go home and download the package. However, we want to block the download if the signer takes longer than a certain number of days.

Hi See Attachment Here's the DOCUMENT_SIGNED push notification, I can't associate the sessionUser to either signer in the Package object returned from the SDK. (see the screen shot below, I have the signer Ids boxed in red) Is this a known bug with the push notification? Can this be fixed?

Hi  I have a use case to send a document to some signers and once the signing process has been complete, i want to send that document to some users which i call as receivers who receive the signed contract and they can download it

Hello, Once all the signing ceremony is completed, there is one email notification getting triggered from "e-SignLive " to all the signers by including package owner in "CC" of that email. Email notification reference is here: Signing is completed for e-SignPackage
