Hi Team,
We are trying to create the Approvals using REST API. This works without any issues when we don't use the text anchors.
However, when we use text anchors, we don't get the expected results i.e.

Hi -
I am using the document retrieval URL. (/packages/:packageId/document/:documentId/pdf)
When I receive the PDF on my end, the document is password protected. Is there a way to turn this off? I assume this would happen at the point of package creation.

Hi,
Is there a way to send an email to the signer when a package is ready to download which means that this package has been signed and status is COMPLETE without enable email.complete.

Does eSignLive have a mechanism to auto archive completed packages after a set number of days?
It would simplify our process as we would not have to build the infrastructure in our system to manage the package life cycle if this feature already exists.

Hi,
We can generate package but not signing ceremony token from Safari browser. So, we see that package id is generated but we can not generate token when calling from safari browser.
Can you please help for solving this issue?

Hi
Using REST we are able to create the package without sender, but when we add sender details the package Create API is giving 404 with 'Resource not found' error message
Could you help us on above issue please?

We suggest adding the ability to create custom attributes for a signer, as we can do for packages and documents. For our workflow, it is important that a signer have a role. We are currently storing these as document package attributes, but it is a bit cumbersome.

Is there a way to hide the Exit Document button?
Can it be done at the account level?
When I am creating a package, I am setting the HandOver (href, title, text ) object .
Will the hiding it at the account level , override this package level setting.

When I add a word document to an esign package it seems to be converted to a PDF as it's uploaded and all of the documents I can download from that point are all in a PDF format. Is it possible to maintain the Word format in the download packages?
