We have a number of existing layouts and we want to make them shared.  Is there a way to do it via the API>  We's list the layouts and then allow them to tell which ones we need to make shared

Hi  Using REST we are able to create the package without sender, but when we add sender details the package Create API is giving 404 with 'Resource not found' error message Could you help us on above issue please?

Hello, I am trying to use the REST API in my web application to add a document to a package. When I submit my form with a POST request, I am getting a 406 error. The accept header I'm using is application/json. What should I use instead? Thanks, Rex

Hello, We have an azure function setup to listen to onespan callbacks which works great nearly all the time, but on the rare occasion we get a failed callback. I supposed there is a number of reasons that could happen. In this specific case the error indicates a timeout exception.
Configuring signer workflow programatically

Hi, When creating the package programatically (using the REST API / Java SDK), can we configure signer workflow? i.e. signer1 signs first and then signer2. The default behavior is that there is no workflow i.e. all signers get notified simultaneously. please let me know thanks Neel

After entering pin on registration screen of Sample , i'm getting error in the response of https://XXXX.sdb.tid.onespan.cloud/v1/orchestration-commands API. Error is Unable to find registration code in Shared Cache.   
Callback Notification Email

Our application submits signing packets via the REST API and receives callback notifications. Our application is not equipped to send emails, though, and our business line wants to receive an email for each notification. Is it possible for One Span to email the callback notifications?
