Hi,
I'm using the iOS SDK to let the user self sign a pdf document.
I need to define a different UI concept for the signing ceremony screens.
modifying the SDK's storyboard is not good enough in my case.
can I achieve it somehow with your SDK or API?

I'd like to know how to create package with digital signature PDF form (see attachment), normally we have PDF form with Acro field. could you please share the API/SDK create package payload ?

We are consuming one span esign api from pega. The package creation is failing with the below reason
Message: Cannot send package without approvals.
Message key: error.validation.sendPackage.noApprovals

Hi,
Some of our overseas developers cannot call the sandbox API anymore, it says that the CloudFlare has banned their IP.
Is there anything that can be done to address this?

Hi,
Can we give signature by typing from signature field? In our application, we are allowed just to give signature by typing but not allowed to give signature by mouse scratching or by click. If it is possible, how can I implement this in REST API?

Hello I created a package but removed the Electronic Disclosures and Signatures Consent.
So I have a package with just one document. But when I try to sign it using the api call /packages/package_id/documents/signed_documents, I am not able to sign the document.
What could the issue be here?

Hello,
Is there a REST API call to GET a zip file containing all packages from the eSignLive account? Main reasons would be for pdf archival of all the transactions flowing through the system.
I'm using Postman and curious what the GET call would be.

We are trying to add multiple documents with Meta Data to the REST API in a single call.
We are able to add a single document with meta data using a call like
POST /api/packages/CexKAcIADCrhmET2TheZdEtnnQA=/documents/ HTTP/1.1
Host: sandbox.esignlive.com
Authorization: Basic XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Hi ,After cloning package , I want to reorder documents in the package before it is sent. Basically I want 4th document in the order to move at first place. I am using Rest API. Is there any way to handle this ? Please let me know. Thanks
