Guys,   I see that we now have the ability to load up a notary capture to the system using a png so now I have two questions. 1. Is there a way to upload a png file to the system as the notary capture signature?

Some of our signers do not have the last name. What should be passed via REST API in such cases? Someone without a last name should be allowed to register a signature on his document.

Hi There, In the integration that I'm doing, I will collect user's data on the Portal that I'm building and by using that data, I will generate a PDF and on that PDF I want to get the user's signature and the signature part has to be inside the application.

First time using the API. I have a document with 2 signers, and the first signer receives the email from OneSpan indicating the need to sign, with a 'GO TO DOCUMENTS' button in the email. But clicking on the link opens a page that only states:

Hello, I am creating package. After that I am writing data in that PDF via fields extraction. And downloading that PDF that is written. It was working perfect till now. But suddenly today, The PDF is getting blank that is 0 size.
