Hi Team, We have a client reporting that they recently noticed that they are getting two types of status from OneSpan, 'SIGNING_COMPLETED' and 'COMPLETE', when individual signer completes the signing process.

Hi, In sandbox, with classic UI, I created the package with 'in person' signing enabled, from desktop, I can see the 'in person' dropdown showed in the signing ceremony, but in mobile device, I don't see the dropdown. is it as expected?   thanks, Cindy

Is it possible to use a signature pad with written signature using the OneSpan web site? The examples I have seen are all click-to-sign. Any Java code examples you can point me to?   Thanks

I have seen many posts and guides on how to create a Signer Workflow which enables signing in sequence or succession. We have a requirement to allow our signers to sign at their own convenience in any order they choose. Can this be accommodated as well?
