Executing a ./api/packages/ POST which includes a status update along with the "data" node. I cannot find the max length of this node. I'm pretty sure I am hitting the max since this is the response I am receiving.

Hi I have a working sample with Document Extraction using the eSignlive signature Field in [] and I'm converting it to using Position Extraction , using regular Field Name in the PDF and using the same JSON payload.

We were able to leverage the ceremony settings and were able to take our customers to our defined url after they complete signature. Two days ago, it mysteriously stopped working. Now it just shows "Done" button which does not do anything.

We have been able to use the Bulk Invite Sender Tool to bulk provision users.  Is there a way once someone is created in OneSpan that I can programmatically assign their role within a subaccount.

This code seem to allow dynamic creation of a group with a custom Id. However, after the group's created, it seem to reflect a different group Id.

Hi!  Do you know if I can retrieve the fields that I configure in the template layout? I know that we have available an evidence summary, but is possible to retrieve this fields by an API service? Not as a pdf but as metadata.  Thanks for your help!!!

Since OneSpan applies saved signatures (from File and Drawn) for someone who is disabled as a sender but still signs documents we want to be able to clear those values so they aren't appied when someone is disabled.Can I

Can a customer pay for a customized report?  We want to change the current account owner weekly report to only show "False" AND to display ALL the "false" transaction not just in the past week. If this is possible who can provide me with a cost / timeline to create such a report.
Can't find document id

Hello, I am trying to find a way to get a document id. I am currently using a GET to retrieve a template ID that I made ahead of time, and then a POST to clone this template for a new transaction. I am not seeing any specfics on how I can find the document id after doing this. Any suggestions?
