How does someone get on the blacklist and how to you get them off, this is causing major issues for our business.  How do I get a list of email addresses that are on the blacklist.

We have up to 5 signers after the first signer the next 2 could be sign following the first signature. If I assign two signer to .SingingOrder(2) will both those emails go out following the completion of the first signature?

Is there a way to apply validation rules on field values during signing ceremony? We have bunch of phone number fields and email address fields. We want to make sure that signers enter these fields in a specific format.

In our set up , we host multiple clients which may generate multiple packages . Since they all transit through our one eSign Account, we would like to see a way to : 1. Pass Custom References ( These are usually key items like Institution Code , Application No ...etc) 2.

Hi there; my understanding has been there are 7 status's (Draft, In Progress[sent], Completed, Opted out, Declined, Archived and Trashed) Does "Expired" count as a status? ( it's not included on OneSpan Account Summary report ).
Transferring Templates

Is it possible to transfer templates in OneSpan? I know we can share out templates when they are created, but what if we have someone that has a lot of templates that everyone uses, and they decide to retire next week.  
User limit error when attempting to elevate a "Member" to a "Manager"

Hello, We are getting a red error message in the UI when we attempt to elevate my eSignLive user account from a "Member" to a "Manager" that indicates we've exceeded our user limit. From what I can see, we have a license that lets us have 15 active users.

Very slow performance; 500 errors via API

Hi, We are seeing very slow performance - both in API responses as well as trying to use the web UI. The API is also sporadically returning us 500 errors.
Shared Templates/Layouts Created By Terminated Users

We have some users who have created many shared templates/layouts for our employees to use in OneSpan Sign, but have never sent any packages themselves. If one of these users leaves the company, I am assuming their templates/layouts will be removed if we delete their account; is that correct?
