My email address is already set up as a sender with a sandbox that is shared with others. I want to create a separate sandbox where my email is the owner so that I can do some testing without affecting what others are working on. An email address is only to be associated with one sandbox.

Hi Silanis team- I am attempting to generate hyperlinks directly to a document in a package for a particular signer role, with authentication.
Auth-ES Android version 5.0.1 copy space issue

With the app Auth-ES Android version 5.0.1, the space is also copied. Users have to remember the generated code to fill it in manually.Users with iOS app doesn't have this issue and the space isn't copied. 
Do I have to delete the standard Acceptance Language?

I successfully uploaded a test Document in my SandBox to replace the standard acceptance that goes with the Document for Signature. What I end up with is 2 "Electronic Disclosures and Signatures Consent" Documents.
Signers have same email

Hello, We are getting exception when we try to add signers to package with same email. We are receiving message - 'The email is already in use for package'. So, is there a way we can add signers with same email to the package? Thanks, Sushma
Ask user for Input while signing and write that info back into salesforce.

Hi, In sandbox, with classic UI, I created the package with 'in person' signing enabled, from desktop, I can see the 'in person' dropdown showed in the signing ceremony, but in mobile device, I don't see the dropdown. is it as expected?   thanks, Cindy

I downloaded the copy tool then made the mistake of setting it to be opened with Acrobat. What should it be opened with? I have downloaded the JRE environment.  I have used this tool several times but this is a new laptop. Thanks for the help.

Hi, In a package with multiple documents, created using .net SDK, Is it possible to set a document's visibility during signing ceremony only to the signers on each document, through SDK?
Fields intended for write back not appearing in field summary

We are generating a form with two fields that are intended for write back. We are able to populate these fields and they are appearing on the document after the users signs.  The file on the OSS server has the document with the fields correctly populated on the form.
