Hello,
I download the tool to migrate the accounts from sandbox to production server.
The tool working fine but when migrating all the templates, the sandbox watermark still showing.
Kindly, advice how this water mark can be removed in production account for esignlive.

When I add a word document to an esign package it seems to be converted to a PDF as it's uploaded and all of the documents I can download from that point are all in a PDF format. Is it possible to maintain the Word format in the download packages?

Hi,
We are going to implement esign in mobile where customers will sign our app from mobile browser. So, we need our iframe mobile responsive but the signing ceremony pdf content is not responsive. Therefore, we need the content in iframe mobile responsive.

I need to customize signing ceremony (logo, primary and secondary color) at package level
I saw that you can send a settings.ceremony object with some parameters, but i don't see you can send properties from signing theme (i.e: primary color)

Hi,
In sandbox, with classic UI, I created the package with 'in person' signing enabled, from desktop, I can see the 'in person' dropdown showed in the signing ceremony, but in mobile device, I don't see the dropdown. is it as expected?

Whenever we download completed signature documents from the platform and open them in external PDF viewers such as Adobe Acrobat, the signature fields say there is an issue and that the certificates are not trusted.
Why is this happening and how can it be corrected?

I think this is a dumb question, but do I need Conga to merge SF data into a document or can I use Field Mappings (via Conventions)? For example, I want to place the company name from the account record that the contact is related to on a document. Conga or Conventions?

I'm aware that OneSpan saves past signer's details so that it is easier to populate them in drop down when I create the transaction for the same signers. Is there a way to clear that data from the drop down if the signer is no longer with the organization?
