Hello I created a package but removed the Electronic Disclosures and Signatures Consent.
So I have a package with just one document. But when I try to sign it using the api call /packages/package_id/documents/signed_documents, I am not able to sign the document.
What could the issue be here?

I am trying to find more information on this to see if this impacts us since we are using the callbacks. Can someone point me to an example of how this is being used/removed so that I can check if I will need to modify my code?

I want to remove the scroll bar in the esign iframe. we need the iframe height should be dynamic and match to the content height.
Please find the attached screenshot. I am getting two scrollbars business don't want that. So want the iframe height to be dynamic based on the content.

Hi is it possible from custom UIto allow user to place signature on the page...to choose where it want it. What parameters I need to set in the code. I use .net SDK
Also would it be possible to size iFrame to the document or to remove all unnecessary space around document. How?

Hello,
We use the v11 of esign live, and we have a trouble with the X-Frame-Options set to (sameorigin) provided by the https://sandbox.esignlive.com/access into a Iframe.
Before the v11 was an option WithFrame() but this option was remove.

The Customer accepted the Disclosures and Consent and signed the Contract but left the Rider unsigned. Therefore I cannot sign the Contract because it violates the Signing Order.
How can I get past this outside of asking the Customer to sign the Rider?

We create a package from our Salesforce API and redirect the user to the signing URL in case of in-person signing.

I've noticed that HTML tags are removed instead of being encoded.
For example, the Signer opted out with a message:
Can't sign as there is a tag visible.
In the admin panel, there is a message:
Can't sign as there is a tag visible.

I was a bit surprised to find the PackageService.updatePackage only updates package-level properties and does not deal with the complexities of adding/removing/updating the signers and documents.
