On an In progress transaction (SIGNING_PENDING) with multiple signers & with Document A that is signed by (SIGNING_COMPLETE) Signer A, is it possible to update the document content (bytes) without losing the already obtained signatures from Signer A?

When we have a package that has two signers and one signer has completed signing and the other is still pending, when we perform a check status, we are getting the following error.
Could not get signing status. Exception: The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found.

In our code, we are using the change signer feature.
.CanChangeSigner()
Once a new signer is assigned, the eSL server generates random signer ID.
How can we get the signerID using .net to get the signing status of this signer.
Please note that we can't use callbacks in our environment

I am not getting email bounce notification for wrong email signer in request. This is my post to silanis, please let me know is there anything missing in request. I have checked the email bounce check box in call back events.

I integrated the esignlive with the REST API. The only concern is there are too many clicks for the 2nd time signer(user).
