I have a scenario in which multiple signers can be part of same role. Like role1 has Signer1, Signer2, and Signer3 When this role1 is linked with Document1 to sign at mentioned location, only Signer1 is getting email to do. Id it possible that all 3 signers in role1 gets email and anyone can do the

We are having an intermittent issue with our REST API client. Normally, it posts the signing package create request in DRAFT status, posts the request to add reminders then posts a request to put the request into SENT status.

Hi guys, I looked around and am not able to find confirming on this: is it possible to embed the form/package for user to sign on our website? All of our users have their own account and it would be nice to be able to display the form directly in their account.

Hi Silanis team- me again :) We just updated to the .NET SDK to version 11.0.0. Since then we are getting the following error: Could not create an authentication token for a signer. Exception: The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error.
