Copy tool with API key not working

Hi, I downloaded copy tool v1.6.2, and when I use "With API KEY" for both source and target, I got 401 error see attachment, but if I use "With credentials" and it's working fine. any idea why it's failed with API key?

Hi, Recently, I tried us copy-tool v1.6.0 copy layouts from on-prem to CA sandbox account, and I got error (see attachment), any idea? but it's successful to copy template between on-prem and CA sandbox.   thanks, Cindy
Insufficient Privileges error in Salesforce when anyone who is not Onespan sandbox owner tries to view transaction record

Hey,So when I use OneSpan sign as myself (connected user to onespan in Salesforce under admin tab) I have no issues. But if I have another admin who has same permissions try to view a transaction record they get the Insufficient Privileges error. Any idea why this is happening?
Is CeremonyLayoutSettingsBuilder.withoutIFrame() deprecated?

Hi, I am trying to update a LinkHref of an existing package that has been sent to the client, I use the updatepackge function for the same, I did not get any error in the response, but the new value is not reflecting in the package. Can you please advise.
Redeliver Callback in case of Exception

Hi In case there is exception when we handle a call back from Silanis, can we send back a HTTP error response (4xx) to Silanis, so that Silanis can attempt to redeliver a callback. If Silanis does redeliver, then how many times will it attempt the redelivery. Regards Mario

We have not been successful using the Delegation tool. We get an error when testing the connection.  The account doesn't have Manager type or an Admin Role. The account is [email protected] in SBX 2 and it does. Thanks for the help!

I'm trying to upload the attached PDF as part of a template. When I do so, I get this error: Cannot process document. Please make sure your document does not contain any embedded files. Is there a way around this? Perhaps as a different file format?

Hi, Bit of an intermittent issue that we've run into on a production server, but we haven't been able to figure out the cause. We have a document that's about 2 pages long, and it's used to create a layout.
