For this form, we are seeing an unusual behavior. Prior to signing, the values in a label field are appearing in a different format than after signature. The line breaks are not being recognized before signing.

Hi team,
Is possible to have a template with a fillable PDF and we will fill the field using the API when we call the template (for exemple account number, contract number...) before send it to signature ?

I want to get document status that when and how many times document is opened.
when user fills document fields, as I am getting document summary.
