Hi, We've discovered some behaviour that seems strange/inconsistent to our team. It may just be a case of not understanding the APIs properly, but either way hopefully you can help us out. Our application supports both remote and in-person signing.

Hello; I am trying to set up REST API integration for one of my clients. I've gotten as far as: 1) Create The Package 2) Add a Document 3) Create a Signer (Role) 4) Add the Signer I am now trying to send the document to the Signer. How does one do this?

Hi, I am trying to create a transaction using a template and when I put myself as one of the signers, the tool displays a message saying that the signature settings for the signer will be removed (see the attached image). 
New Signer Experience: Validation message is adding name of field.

We are moving over to New Signer Experience. We are using Java SDK to add validation to fields like this: .withValidation(FieldValidatorBuilder.regex("^\\d{2}/\\d{4}$").required().withErrorMessage("Please enter a valid retirement date (MM/YYYY)"))
Logo not being placed on dashboard for notaries

Guys, I know this has come up before but I cannot seem to find the topic where it did. I am sending a custom logo for use in in the layout settings, on the package object. All of my signers with the exception of the notary signers are able to see it.

Hi Team, We are using POST reminders api to schedule reminders. Initialy, we are creating package in DRAFT status.  Secondly, we are calling reminders POST api to set reminders.  As a response, we are getting 404 error.
