I have some questions about creating the signing url in the .Net SDK and the REST API. Here is what I have so far.
I've created a package called "Test". I've added documents to Test. I've added Signers with just firstname, lastname and emailaddress to Test.

We are implementing Conditional fields. I am starting by trying to get our existing text tag to use the fieldName. From the documentation, I see this syntax {{esl_SignerAutograph:signer1:Signature}} .

Guys,
I have a few redirects that I am trying that are not working and would love to know where I'm going wrong.
1. I've set the handover and complete event to force the redirect of a user when completing a package and it doesn't seem to work.

In our set up , we host multiple clients which may generate multiple packages . Since they all transit through our one eSign Account, we would like to see a way to :
1. Pass Custom References ( These are usually key items like Institution Code , Application No ...etc)

Using REST API to create the package along with the documents and return a response package id. After that, we initiate a REST API signerAuthenticationToken passing packageId and email address of the signer which then redirect to an iframe to begin the signing ceremony.

There was some talk about removing the opt-out functionality in other threads because it seems as though it is basically the same as "Decline". The package gets put into draft mode as soon as a signer chooses this.

It seems that there is no event notification for when an email is blocked. Say an email is used multiple times for a signer and that email bounces. Eventually it gets caught by OneSpan and is now "blocked" if that email is again used for a signer.

When accessing a session URL, I can see that eSignLive returns a few 302s and the browser does some redirects. For whatever reason, Chrome cancels one of these redirects when it's in an iFrame (https://sandbox.e-signlive.com/packages/{packageId}/sign).
