Hi, I created a console application (using .NET SDK) to retrieve field values and save them to a SharePoint list, but I would like to set it up to run whenever a package is completed. Would I use an Event Listener for this purpose?

We are integrating with Onespan using Rest API. We have three types of Roles. Broker , customer and Business. Broker first sign an agreement(using esign), followed by customer and then Business people sign an agreement.

HI two questions about "createdDate" in callback json payload -      1. Is "createdDate" a timestamp of when event occurred?     2. If "createdDate" is a timestamp of when event occurred, then will it always be populated in the callback?
Event Notifications not being created for Transactions from APEX SDK

We're trying to implement OneSpan Sign, but in the process of using Apex SDK, we noticed that Callback Event Notifications are not getting created for the transaction. If we create the transaction manually in Salesforce, event notifications are created for the transaction.
Failed to communicate with the callback server.
