Guys, I am trying to work with the new signer experience and I am seeing a few issues that I am not able to resolve as there does not seem to be any documentation on how to set these items.

I have installed and configured the OneSpan Laserfiche workflow, and it worked for the first two transactions. After that, it failed to download the signed document back into the repository. Below is the error message from the event viewer log.

I would like to show my signer a message that says something to the effect of: “Thank you for signing your application. We will send you a completed copy of the application signed by both you and the vender.” This would be something like an alert upon completed signature.

When scanning CRONTO using onespan app, I keep getting error message "invalid activation parameters". The activation password used to create the CRONTO(Hex) was from an offlineMDL registration.

We occasionally have users that do not provide email addresses in their contract flow. Is text message an option to initiate the signing process? If so, how is that structured differently in the JSON? Thanks!
