Our imaging team is complaining about the OneSpan documents that they are receiving: "Is there any way to disable the secure feature of Saleforce’s e-Signed documents?

It appears that if our senders upload documents close to the 16mb limit then the signers sign when the sender goes to download the documents they are receiving an error (attached below) which we know is NOT a network connectivity issue.

I hear from Account Reps at my Company that DocuSign has a feature that sends them an Email if the Signer has opened the Email sent to them by DocuSign. My ESign Customer Success Representative has informed my Colleague that ESign can do the same thing.

We have encountered several instances of multiple signers added to a transaction, but only one signer completes the esignature.  That signer then downloads the docs and has the other signers wet sign the document.  We then cannot access an evidence summary for just the one signer.

We build a web application using the Silanis.ESL.SDK to create and manage document to sign. Which is using the PackageID and DocumentID to interact with Esign in order to get the Signing status and download the signed document.

I am making good progress on my project I am now at a point were I want to have my app download the document after the signing is complete. To do this I would like to set up a call back event on PACKAGE_COMPLETE My dev environment is local 127.0.0.1 with a local host name How can I test the call
