Hi, We are creating new Onespan Sign accounts, and need to transfer senders from older accounts to the new ones. Since there are over 1,000 senders to transfer between accounts, is there a way to do it in bulk ?

We are having an intermittent issue with our REST API client. Normally, it posts the signing package create request in DRAFT status, posts the request to add reminders then posts a request to put the request into SENT status.

Currently the Evidence Summary download button is only added to the UI when the transaction has been completed. Wondering if there is a way to have the Summary generate upon the Send command? We are needing to have evidence we sent the transaction/documents, even if the Recipient never opens the doc

Hey! As the title say - is there a way to see the exact creation time of a transaction? That goes for any status a transaction may be in (such as trashed). Not sure if I am missing something obvious, but searching the web has yielded no results! Thanks, Tom.
