Currently we're having the following solution:
1. PDFs are created using DOCUMENT EXTRACTION (for signatures) and FIELD INJECTION (for text fields);
2. Values for text fields are new in every request;
3. Positions for text fields are configured with PDF form fields;

Hi,
I am trying to create a transaction using a template and when I put myself as one of the signers, the tool displays a message saying that the signature settings for the signer will be removed (see the attached image).

I have a template with 550 label fields. I saved the fields to a new layout. Now, I need to shift all 550 label fields 8 pixels up. Doing it manually is a painful process.
Is there a way I can do this -

Hello,
When we create a package and send it to OneSpan, OneSpan sends an email to the customer to inform him/her that there is a document which he/she can sign. In this email, there is also a link to OneSpan where the document is available for signing.

I have a template with a grid of 50 rows. Each row has a Label field and a checkbox field. Values for label are supplied thru `Package\{{PackageId}}\Clone` endpoint.

Currently trying to customize my package.... It is an existing template on my sandbox and I would like to be able to customize the fields each time I clone the package. Is this possible?
This is the current JSON payload I am sending... the signer information works but the fields are not working.

As described in this post https://community.onespan.com/documentation/onespan-sign/guides/sender-guides/user/configuring-recipients we can configure some "personal message" for the Recipient. Just want to know where this "personal message" gets used.
