Hi I am trying to CreatePackage and upload using Rest APIs. Below is my JSON String and attached is the PDF. This used to work in may 2017. Now the PDF file is getting flattened ignoring signature blocks. Are there any changes post may 2017 for JSON payout for CreatePackage and Upload.

Guys,I am getting this error when trying to update the package status of a package. Is there something going on with the PUT call? I am able to do the other POST calls.url - https://sandbox.esignlive.com/api/packages/{transactionID}

Hi, I'm integrating with the e-sign live api and have had some trouble with certain pdfs causing the signing ceremony to give me a blank page. After the package is created and a url is created the window appears blank. (Even the default-consent document won't show up).

Hi,   I am working on a scenario where I need to send a package for eSign on behalf of a sender from an "account" different from that of the Sender. Each package could have different sender or I can use a sender that I used in an earlier package.
