I've not been able to find documentation which explains the differences between flattened and active documents.

I was able to sign a document when a signer is assigned to a signbox using API. But the same users sign is not possible when the singer belongs to a group. is there any restriction to sign via APIs for groups? API response is 200 for both. 
Is there a way to have signer profiles retain advanced properties?

Specifically the check-box that ensures automatic email delivery of final signed docs. This is over-written each time to a default un-checked setting, which adds an extra step to the package creation process for user-driven signing.
Mobile Signing UI contact us button

In the mobile signing UI, at the bottom of the slide out hamburger menu, there is a blue Contact Us button that displays a pop-up with a contact phone number for eSign Live. How do we hide this button? Thanks!

Hello, I am wondering if there is a way to retrieve signing blocks on a single document for a specific signer and then check whether or not the signer has signed at least one of the signing blocks on the document. Thanks.

Guys, I've created a package where we create a Smart Note. The Notary is able to see this document even though it isn't in the document visibility for the Notary. Any idea on how to force this to happen?

How does someone get on the blacklist and how to you get them off, this is causing major issues for our business.  How do I get a list of email addresses that are on the blacklist.
